PremiumCARE Warranty (PCW)

PremiumCARE Warranty is the Most Comprehensive Protection Plan Offered by Ford Motor Company

It covers the parts and labor to repair thousands of key components - engine, transmission, steering, brakes, front suspension, electrical and more - for up to 7 years or 200,000 kilometers.

Failure of covered components due to defects in materials and workmanship and normal wear and tear are included. With Ford PremiumCARE Warranty, it’s covered.

Conditions Voiding PremiumCARE Warranty

Vehicle in which the odometer has been altered, broken or repaired/replaced so that the actual milage cannot be determined
Vehicle in which the original factory limited warranty or specific component parts has been voided, in whole or in part, the vehicle is branded totaled or salvage; or the VIN cannot be identified
Vehicles not maintained in accordance to manufaturer’s services schedule
Failures caused by improper usage or accident flood, natural disasters, theft, vandalism, riot, fire or explosion
Vehicle altered or modified including body, chassis or power train components or usage of non-Ford parts

*Parts not specifically mentioned in the “Covered Component list” are not covered.

Time and Kilometers

Coverage begins on Warranty start date. Expiry date and kilometers are based on the type of coverage purchased.

Important Things To Know About Ford PremiumCARE Warranty

Prices and plans are subject to change without notice.
Failure of covered components due to normal wear resulting from defective material or workmanship are included, in addition to mechanical breakdowns.
PremiumCARE parts coverage will be confirmed through Ford’s OASIS parts coverage website.
PremiumCARE is not cancellable, transferable or refundable under any circumstances.
Any taxes applicable at the time of repair, to be paid by the customer.

Eligibility

Vehicle must be within 5 years and 100,000kms. Vehicle should have undergone all periodic services prescribed by Al Tayer Motors/ Ford till date.
Rangers, Ford GT, Mustang Shelby, Roush, Boss, F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550 Super Duty, Transit, Taxis, Limousines, Ambulances, Total Loss Vehicles, Livery and Fire Vehicles are all excluded.

Applicable for 2009 model year vehicles onward
Rangers, Ford GT, Mustang Shelby, Roush, Boss, F-150 Roush, Shelby, F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550 Super Duty, Transit Vehicles, Taxis, Limousines, Ambulances, Total Loss Vehicles, Livery and Fire Vehicles are all excluded
Applicable for non-warranty vehicles only

The Coverage Includes

One-time Automatic Transmission Fluid change
One-time PTU fluid change (if applicable)
Air Filter replaced a maximum of 3 times
Pollen Filter and Fuel Filter (if equipped) replaced a maximum of 2 times
6 services are covered
Each service includes Oil & Filter change with multi-point checks
25% discount on parts and 10% discount on labor for any additional job.

Coolant, Spark Plugs and Brake Parts/Jobs are excluded from this Plan
