Conditions voiding Extended Service Plans

• Vehicle in which the odometer has been altered, broken or repaired/replaced so that the actual mileage cannot be determined
• Vehicle in which the original factory limited warranty or specific component parts has been voided, in whole or in part, the vehicle is branded titled or salvage or the VIN cannot be identified
• Failures caused by improper usage or accident flood, natural disasters, theft, vandalism, riot, fire or explosion
• Vehicle altered or modified

• Vehicle in which the original factory limited warranty or specific component parts have been voided, in whole or in part, the vehicle is branded totaled or salvage; or the VIN cannot be identified
• Vehicles not maintained in accordance to manufacturer’s services schedule
• Failures caused by improper usage or accident flood, natural disasters, theft, vandalism, riot, fire or explosion
• Vehicle altered or modified including body, chassis or power train components or usage of non-Ford parts
• Parts not specifically mentioned in the “Covered Component list” are not covered
